Please fill out the registration form below. This year, we have introduced a new payment system that will allow us to take credit cards. We will no longer be accepting Venmo or PayPal as payment. Once you fill out the registration below, you will be provided with a link to pay with a credit card. That link will also be emailed to you. If your link is lost, we can resend it to you if needed (please email Coach Proctor at aproctor@usd232.org). That link will also serve as a receipt of payment.
